DH Hydraulic Lever

The DLM DH Series uses hydraulics to raise and lower the lift at the push of a single button. The main hoist cylinder is mounted upside down to protect the hose routing beneath the deck. The DH is available in standard widths of 6', 6.5', and 7', and standard lengths of 6', 8', and 10'. Standard capacities include 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K, 50K, and 60K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

DA Air Powered Leveler

The DLM DA Series stands out among comparable models thanks to its high-quality deck and subframe, designed for years of reliable service. These levelers use a low-pressure, high-volume air system to raise and lower the lift. The DA is available in standard widths of 6', 6.5', and 7', and standard lengths of 6', 8', and 10'. Standard capacities include 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K, and 50K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

DM Mechanical Leveler

The DLM DM Series uses mechanical components to raise and lower the lift. Powered by extension springs and guided by the CamControl™ counterbalance system, the DM Series delivers precise lifting and exceptional balance. The DM dock leveler is available in standard widths of 6’, 6.5’, and 7’, and standard lengths of 6’, 8’, and 10’, with other lengths available upon request. Standard capacities for the DM Series include 25K, 30K, 35K, 40K, 45K, and 50K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

NL Edge of Dock Mechanical Leveler

The DLM NL Series Edge-of-Dock levelers are advanced, lever-operated dock levelers that lift effortlessly with a simple motion of the handle. The ergonomically designed NL Series reduces awkward bending and reaching over the dock, helping to minimize potential risk. The NL is available in deck widths of 66", 72", 78", and 84", with total unit widths (including bumpers) of 104", 110", 116", and 122". Standard capacities include 20K, 25K, 30K, and 35K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

TPR Loading Dock Truck Restraint

The TPR UniLock® is the industry’s only vehicle restraint designed to automatically release “RIG Wedge” pressure. Its advanced cam design rotates the hook away from the RIG, effectively relieving pressure. Built to withstand forces exceeding 32,000 lbs., the UniLock® features a horizontal service range of 4” to 10” from the face of the dock bumpers and a vertical range of 9” to 30” above the drive approach. It is highly adaptable for both new and existing loading docks.

Dock Bumpers

DLM offers two types of dock bumpers to suit your application needs: laminated and molded—both designed to help prevent costly repairs. Laminated bumpers absorb over 80% of a truck’s impact and are anchored with thick steel for added stability. Molded bumpers are maintenance-free, weatherproof, and warp-resistant, providing reliable protection for both the dock and trucks in any condition.
